WOLF PACK
TOKEN
The Wolf Pack Clan ($WP) is a decentralised, meritocratic gaming clan operating on Qubic's Network — at the heart of My Last Match, the post-apocalyptic survival MMORPG designed by Come-from-Beyond (CFB). We unify large asset holders under shared governance to distribute revenue fairly and preserve the play-to-earn model.
Disclaimer: This whitepaper is for educational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, nor an offer to buy, any securities. The $WP token is a utility token to be used within the Wolf Pack Clan and My Last Match ecosystem on the Qubic network. EXEC Executive Summary
The Wolf Pack Clan ($WP) is a decentralised, meritocratic gaming clan operating on Qubic's Network. At its core is strategic control of high-value Safehouses (respawn points, trading hubs, and revenue generators) plus a fully open Jobs Platform that lets every player earn Qubic regardless of asset ownership.
The public sale serves as the mechanism for $WP token holders to gain indirect ownership and revenue exposure to these assets. Once My Last Match goes live, the assets generate ongoing Qubic revenue through smart-contract mechanics. Revenue flows to the WP smart contract, supporting: 70% revenue to $WP token holders, 10% distributions to active members (scaled by Rank Multiplier Booster), 10% reinvestment fund for strategic expansions, acquisitions and project expenses, and 10% to WP smart contract shareholders.
- Vision: Establish the base clan of My Last Match — a military and commercial hub for players, other clans, and groups — while accelerating mass adoption of the game and Qubic ecosystem.
- Unique Edge: Diverse Safehouse portfolio (Electrical substations, Aerostat, Grassship, Crane, Bird Island, Stripclub, Gym, Hunting Mansion and more) + open Jobs Platform + Military & Commercial Wings + comprehensive member welfare.
- Token Utility: Direct revenue sharing, governance voting, staking yields, and premium in-game services.
- Tokenomics: Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 $WP.
- Timeline: Token launch Q1 2026. Smart contract + staking ~30 days after public sale.
01 Introduction
1.1 My Last Match Ecosystem Overview
My Last Match (MLM) is a hardcore survival MMORPG, envisioned and developed by Come-from-Beyond (CFB), legendary Qubic founder, built in Unreal Engine 5. The setting is a detailed European town in the 1990s, wrapped in eternal darkness, where sanity is a mechanic, Dementals (aggressive NPCs) are previous citizens of the town that descended into madness, resources are scarce, and PvP is unforgiving.
The core loop is gathering resources, crafting, trading, raiding, and surviving — death comes with a reincarnation fee in Qubic, paid at specific Safehouses. The economic layer is embedded with Qubic Tickchain: all assets are tradable with Matches (in-game currency convertible to Qubic), and trading between players happens physically inside owned Safehouses.
Currently there are ~400 Safehouses — serving as respawn points, crafting facilities, storage, and trade posts. Owners charge fees for resurrection, trading, storage, and other services, with revenue flowing directly to them.
1.2 The Problem
The game requires strong community organization, high-level management, strict resource management, and defined roles if its profit is to be utilized fully. In initial phases, players without significant assets are restricted to a select few revenue streams: hunting Dementals, exploring, scavenging, and resource gathering.
The initial distribution of assets has seen the majority of high-value holdings — electricity grids, safehouses, vehicles, production facilities — consolidated into the hands of a very select few, who now exercise monopoly control over key resources and revenue streams.
Left unchecked, this will transition MLM from a play-to-earn game — where players earn based on effort, teamwork, and input — to a pay-to-play game where players are forced to purchase access to revenue streams held by monopolies.
1.3 Our Solution
The Wolf Pack Clan was started by several of MLM's largest asset holders and Qubic OGs who recognize the issue of asset concentration and want revenue distributed fairly throughout the community. By unifying large holders and purchasing key assets post-public sale, the clan removes asset control from private monopolies to a shared governance structure.
This introduces the Smart Clan concept: a highly structured, meritocratic and analytical community that combines in-depth gameplay with social and community governance. Player ranks are acquired solely on the basis of in-game activity and completion of quests — removing token ownership as a barrier to advancement.
02 Token Utility & Revenue Model
Utilities
- Split of Safehouse revenues (resurrection, storage, trade, crafting fees)
- Job platform commissions (5% on completed jobs)
- Military and commercial operations revenue
- Voting rights on Safehouse acquisitions and treasury use
- Staking rewards from the 100M $WP pool
- Priority access to jobs for ranked members
- Clan sponsorships and increased in-game rank multipliers
Revenue Distribution
2.1 Revenue Projections (Conservative — Resurrection Fees Only)
With a resurrection fee of 1,000,000 Qubic per resurrection and targeting 5,000 daily active players in post-beta phases:
| Metric | Low Estimate | High Estimate |
|---|---|---|
| Daily active players | 5,000 | |
| Deaths per player per day | 1 | 3 |
| Paid resurrection rate | 70% | 90% |
| Total daily resurrection volume | ~5B Qubic | ~13.5B Qubic |
| Clan target share (20% of total) | 20% | |
| MLM shareholder split (50%) | 50% of fees to MLM shareholders | |
| Monthly treasury revenue from resurrections | ~15B Qubic | ~40B Qubic |
This does not include income from trading taxes, jobs platform fees, military income, or other Safehouse services — which can be substantial.
03 Clan Assets & Strategic Safehouse Network
The Wolf Pack Clan's long-term financial stability is reliant on ownership of a broad selection of high-value Safehouses and assets. The clan has already secured a foundational portfolio through direct transfers and alignment from core members Delian, Eko, and RokS — regardless of the final amount raised in the $WP public sale.
3.1 General Safehouse Utilities
Safehouses are persistent, player-owned buildings offering the following services:
- Secure logout and storage — items and vehicles, fees configurable by owner
- Respawn / Resurrection — earning resurrection fee income
- Trade — physical safe trades, fees configurable by owner
- Crafting / Production — NPC tools and materials from whiteprints and grayprints
- Knowledge and Services — book/magazine reading for skill gain, NPC merchants and guards
- Farming / Industry — farms, greenhouses, factories, metalworking
- Customization — generators, water cisterns, heaters, lights, barricades for defending against Mares
Initially 676 Safehouses existed at the time of the IPO — this has since decreased to ~300 different variants with varying strategic values.
3.2 Clan Assets
The public sale serves as the mechanism for $WP token holders to gain indirect ownership and revenue exposure to these assets. Once My Last Match goes live, the assets generate ongoing Qubic revenue through smart-contract mechanics. Revenue flows to the clan treasury, supporting:
- Direct 10% distributions to active members (scaled by Rank Multiplier Booster)
- Strategic expansions and acquisitions
- Project expenses (development, marketing, operations)

04 My Last Match Jobs Platform
The Jobs Platform is an open, verifiable task marketplace that enables asset-less in-game earning, merit-based progression, and sustainable treasury revenue. Players or groups post in-game jobs (e.g. "deliver resources to a Safehouse", "provide raid support", "scavenge specific zones").
Completions are proven exclusively via the private, CFB-provided in-game API, with on-chain settlement on the Qubic network. A planned zero-knowledge proof layer ensures maximum privacy, game balance, and prevents information leakage or exploitation.
4.1 Key Design Principles
- Permissionless participation: Open to all players — no clan membership required to post or complete jobs.
- Server-authoritative verification: Relies solely on the game's authoritative server via exclusive API — no client-side or external oracles.
- Rank-based incentives: Sergeant+ members receive prioritized job visibility and pay zero job fees on completions.
- Privacy-first: Zero-knowledge proofs hide non-essential details, ensuring no sensitive game data leaks publicly.
05 Clan Structure & Organizational Wings
Wolf Pack's ranking system rewards loyalty, discipline, and longevity. Unlike the typical P2E guild model where ranks are tied to token balance or staking, $WP's ranking system is entirely independent of token ownership. Members are promoted based on in-game activity, regular participation in clan events, and trust earned from the rest of the pack.
5.1 Rank Progression Philosophy
To advance, you must make quantifiable contributions: successful raid completion, resource delivery missions, defense of clan territory, scavenging for supplies, brokering trade deals, and ongoing support for other members. You earn trust through demonstrated ability to work together, avoidance of betrayal or inactivity, and peer review. No staking or token balance requirements — only your ability to perform.
5.2 Promotion Process
Promotions require dual approval:
- Core Team Review: Activity logs and contribution reports reviewed by core team members.
- Community Discord Vote: All active members (Recruit+) hold a weighted vote in a dedicated Discord channel. Simple majority + core team approval required.
Promotions are publicly announced with explanations. Members can be demoted for inactivity or misbehavior through the same process.
5.3 Revenue Distribution to Clan Members
10% of total clan revenue is distributed to active members monthly, using the Rank Multiplier Booster system:
Payout = (Your Rank Multiplier ÷ Total Multipliers of Active Clan) × (10% of Total Clan Revenue)
| Rank | Multiplier | Key Benefits |
|---|---|---|
| 🐺 Recruit | 1.0× | Basic welfare subsidies, access to public jobs |
| ⚔️ Private | 1.3× | 20% extra welfare, priority on basic jobs, referral rewards |
| 🎖️ Sergeant | 1.8× | Zero job fees + priority, military raid revenue share, advanced welfare |
| 🌟 Lieutenant | 2.5× | Premium services, governance proposal rights, elite gear subsidies |
| 🦅 Colonel | 3.2× | Asset voting influence, full clan sponsorships, General Staff Council |
| 👑 General | 4.0× | General Staff seat, highest revenue share, direct input on major decisions |
06 Governance
Wolf Pack uses a hybrid governance model balancing $WP token holder influence with merit-based input from active, high-ranking members.
6.1 Core Principles
- Complete transparency — monthly on-chain reports, public dashboards
- $WP-weighted voting for high-level decisions
- Meritocratic influence from Colonel+ and General ranks for day-to-day in-game decisions
- Secure multi-sig treasury
6.2 $WP-Weighted Voting
$WP holders vote on-chain for:
- Major Safehouse purchases/sales after the first post-sale acquisition
- Use of 90% of treasury (strategic fund, buybacks, burns, welfare)
- Enabling new features (Jobs Platform, new Clan wings, etc.)
- Key partnerships and diplomatic relations
Governance proposals can only be submitted by Sergeant+ ranked members on clan-related topics.
6.3 General Staff Council
The General Staff Council consists of Colonel and General ranked players — earned purely through activity. The council meets weekly on Discord and in-game to review strategy, improve proposals, and oversee operations. Influence is lost if a member becomes inactive.
6.4 Treasury Management
The main treasury (containing Qubic from Safehouses, Jobs Platform, operations, and the reinvestment fund) is stored in a multi-signature wallet controlled by core team members: Delian, RokS, and Eko.
As of March 2026, My Last Match assets cannot be managed via multisig wallet due to current smart contract limitations. For this reason, all clan Safehouses are held directly by Eko (doxxed core team member). Once the game supports on-chain multisig ownership, assets will be transferred to the clan treasury structure.
6.5 Transparency & Reporting
Monthly reports detail: in/outgoing transaction flows with IDs, breakdown of Safehouse income, calculation of 10% member distribution via Rank Multiplier Booster, and results of governance voting. Reports are published on Discord, X, and this website.
07 Technology
The Wolf Pack Clan utilizes Qubic's smart contract to automate the distribution of revenue from clan-owned Safehouses. Revenue is split automatically: 70% to token holders, 10% to SC shareholders, 10% to players, and 10% reinvested.
7.1 Safehouse Revenue Flow & Custodial Setup
Safehouses are owned by smart contracts linked to a Qubic ID. Revenue (resurrection fees, storage fees, trade fees) is automatically sent to a custodial Qubic ID managed exclusively by Eko. Due to current game limitations, this ID cannot be a multisig. The core team manually forwards accumulated revenue to the $WP Smart Contract on a weekly basis — once received, distribution is fully automated.
7.2 Revenue Distribution
When the $WP smart contract receives revenue, it automatically splits:
- 70% → Direct to token holders (proportional to $WP holdings at epoch end)
- 10% → WP Smart Contract shareholders (proportional to share holdings)
- 10% → Players in the clan (proportional to rank and activity via Rank Multiplier Booster)
- 10% → Reinvestment Fund (future asset purchases, development, marketing)
The 10% reinvestment and 10% player funds are sent to wallets managed manually by core team (2-of-3 multisig oversight) for flexible use.
7.3 Native Token Staking
The smart contract facilitates staking of the native $WP token. Staking locks tokens for up to a 1-year period. Minimum staking amount is 1,000,000 $WP. Rewards are automatically credited every week to the staking wallet.
08 Tokenomics
